Welcome to the Aliapex Buyer Protection Program, designed to help provide a safer and more confident shopping experience on Aliapex.

When you shop on Aliapex, eligible purchases may be protected if something goes wrong with your order.

What Is Buyer Protection?

Aliapex Buyer Protection helps eligible buyers in situations where:

  • Your order never arrives
  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product significantly differs from the description
  • Parts or accessories are missing
  • Your package is lost in transit (eligible cases)

If an issue cannot be resolved with the seller, Aliapex may help review the case.

What Is Covered?
1. Order Not Received

You may qualify for protection if:

  • Your tracking shows no delivery
  • The package is lost in transit
  • The delivery protection period expires
  • You did not receive the order
Possible Resolution
  • Full refund
  • Replacement shipment (if available)
2. Item Not as Described

You may be covered if the product significantly differs from the listing.

Examples:

  • Wrong color received
  • Wrong size shipped
  • Incorrect material or specifications
  • Product functions differently than advertised

3. Damaged or Defective Item

Protection may apply if:

  • Product arrives broken
  • Item is defective upon arrival
  • Missing essential parts or accessories

4. Wrong Item Received

5. Missing Items in Package

If your shipment is incomplete:

  • Package photos
  • Shipping label photos
  • Unboxing evidence (where available)
What Is Not Covered?

Buyer Protection may not apply in situations such as:

* Change of mind (unless seller allows returns)
* Incorrect address provided by buyer
* Delays caused by customs or force majeure
* Minor differences not affecting product use
* Damage caused after delivery
* Orders completed outside Aliapex payment systems

Items purchased or paid for outside Aliapex may not qualify.

Protection Period

Each order may include a Buyer Protection period.

How to Submit a Buyer Protection Claim
Step 1 – Sign In

Go to your account.

Step 2 – Open Orders

Navigate to:

My Orders

Step 3 – Select the Order

Click:

View Details

Step 4 – Open a Request

Choose:

Return / Refund / Report an Issue

Step 5 – Provide Information

Submit:

- Order details
- Description of the issue
- Photos or evidence (if needed)

Step 6 – Review Process

Aliapex and/or the seller may review your request.

Claim Review Process

Aliapex may review:

  • Tracking information
  • Seller communication
  • Evidence submitted
  • Order history
  • Delivery confirmation

Additional information may be requested.

Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds may be sent to:

Estimated timing depends on:

  • Bank
  • Card provider
  • Payment service

Typical refund times:

3–20 business days

Buyer Responsibilities

To remain eligible for protection, buyers should:

  • Provide accurate shipping details
  • Report problems promptly

Fraudulent claims may result in account restrictions.

Seller Resolution First

In many cases, buyers are encouraged to contact the seller first.

If unresolved, Aliapex may step in for eligible disputes.
